All cupcakes leave Cupcake Crazy in perfect condition. If you are not
satisfied with your product then you should return it to us in the original
packaging within 24 hours via recorded delivery, a refund can then be
offered.

Cupcake Crazy can not be held reponsible if the delivery is misrouted or
delayed by the courier and we would ask you to make sure that there will be
someone at the delivery address to receive the gift - leaving your gift box on
a doorstep is not an option.
